Vegvísir

Icelandic magical stave comprised of  sigils that were credited with supposed magical effect preserved in various Icelandic grimoires, such as the Galdrabók, dating from the 17th century and later.
Its intended to help the bearer find their way through rough weather. A leaf of the manuscript provides an image of the vegvísir, gives its name, and, in prose, declares that “if this sign is carried, one will never lose one’s way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known”.
The name is a compound of two icelandic words for “path or road” and “to guide”.
To give it more power we added the futhark rune ” Raido” (Journey) in the center signifying not just physical travel, but also the journey of life, personal growth, and the path to self-realization.
